Fairly friendly staff and warm rooms, we had a such great experience. Positioned in the lovely area, close enough to Bologna and the old historic center and the University.

We chose this scenic hotel based on price, fantastic value for money. The property was spotless, the room was regular double and the bed was nice. There were microwave, good Internet and tea/coffee in the room, enjoyed that. Easy check-out was useful.

We had a fairly nice time staying at this hotel. Staff was consistently courteous, room was beautiful and luxury. We had scrumptious and tastybreakfast for cappuccino's. The property was set in a very central area. Plus there was a lake, within 15 minutes walk or so...

I loved my vintage room and the staff was especially welcoming. Breakfast food was amazing and reasonably-priced. Amazing beds, microwave and good Internet in the room. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was remarkable.

Comfortable bed & wonderful breakfast. The location was exceptional, with Wasabi nearby, where we could eat. We stayed so close to our favorite places such as piazza maggiore.

A view of the terrace from our window. The breakfast was GOOD and met every demand. Good choice for city break in Bologna. We recommend and return to the place.
